As a premium member, can my dedicated virtual doula substitute as my birth doula?
As a hatch health premium member, we provide you with a dedicated virtual doula who can offer emotional and informational support during your pregnancy and for the allotted hours. While they are not intended to be used as a birth doula, they can answer any questions you may have within business hours. If you are interested in finding in-person doula support, we can help you find one that matches your preferences and needs.
How do I pause or cancel my hatch health subscription?
Pausing or canceling your subscription is easy. You can manage this directly through your Stripe portal, message your dedicated coach or conceirge, or email us at membership@joinhatch.co.
Are third-party network provider visits and services included in the monthly membership cost?
Your membership fee as a paid-member does not include the costs of third-party providers and support services. These services will be an additional fee directly to the provider for their service. In some cities and service areas, we work with provider who are in-network with various insurance companies.
How do I request to be matched with other maternal health services and providers?
Once you're a member, you'll have access to the hatch health conceirge. Just let them know what services you're looking for and any preferences such as region, insurance coverage, etc. If you are premium member, you can just let your dedicated coach know as well.
What kinds of support can hatch health help me find?
hatch health partners with a variety of maternal care services and providers, primarily : doulas (virtual and in-person), maternal health coaches, mental health therapists, lactation consultants, nutrition experts, physical therapists, sleep consultants, massage therapists, classes, and more.
